some people i know say that they use it when they have pms..but isnt it to be used regularly, like once a day? how effective is it? thanks :)

These girlfriends of your; where are they getting this valium from? I can assure you that a doctor would never prescribe valium for PMS.

Don't mess around with valium. It has its uses, but it also can have some very negative consequences. And especially if you are young, like a teenager, you have absolutely no business using this for simple PMS.

Valium is not meant for PMS.

But yes, there was a time when I (a man) did take it regularly and no, I did not die young. It does affect short-term memory, though. Avoid it if you can.

valium isnt something to mess around with, its not advil, you cant just take it whenver you like

No, I certainly would not take such stuff, for it is quite addicting. I knew someone who did. He died young. Tell your pals this stuff is not something for PMS.
