this really works!
-drink 100 fl.oz. or more water a day
-eat more veggies than anything else, but do eat fruit (morning is best)
-become vegan (no meat, milk, eggs, geletin, etc.)
-try to eat organic raw foods
-eat bout 6 small meals a day, every 2-3 hours
-don't eat breads, try rice(white and brown r fine) and sweet potatos
-eat a larg varity of foods, not all the same ones everyday
-drink teas everyday... like green tea, matcha, white tea, jasmine, wu long, etc.
-try not to eat after 6-7 pm

don't starve yourself thou, eat plenty, as long as u feel full, but don't over do it...

you are going to be able to think of this strange, yet start up talking French. Cardio and eating right. do weight training for muscle gain and toning. and dont worry about your face.
Fat gets burned in the areas of highest concentration first.
kinda like if guys are hungry, they go to their mom's or girlfriend's house, not their own fridge :-) you go where the fuel is.
you cant really directly target where you will lose fat by exercising that area, however if you gain muscle in that area by working it out, then the muscle helps to burn the fat.
