It is really wierd but homemade chicken soup really does work. I would also use vitamin c (you can get even the chewable kind that have an orange flavor). Plenty of liquids like water so that you don't dehydrate.

Stay covered around neck like you see boxers do. work up a sweat, it flushes the toxins with the water you take in. Water has healing energy in it. Go to a steam bath ,or soak in bathtub. Also the ocean waters are healing to just soak in, feet and all.

all the previous suggestions are good ones.
The one I have is a bit tougher.
Pretend that you're not sick and not weak. Play upbeat music on your ipod, and motivate yourself to be energetic!

get a Warm-Water bath......not boiling....then fr food have something spicey.....so tht ur nose runs n cleans ur throat n stomach 2 a good extent......ya somethin like chicken(make it spicey)..........have a sound sleep more than usual.....the nxt day take a warm water bath again...n ull feel so good tht ull be energetic all the week.........
