I'm going out drinking tonight and was just wondering what you guys and gals think is the best food to have for dinner before a night of binge drinking? (And NOT what tastes good coming up)

I would reccomend a Burger and Fries, get something greasy, it will coat your stomache. maybe some Pepto Bismol, too.

Do not eat something spicy or something that will give you heartburn, because when you puke it will not be pleasent.

I like pizza, lots of good stuff to soak up the alcohol, cheese, meat, sauce and crust. No scientific evidence to back my choice up, just personal taste and years of experience...

the first answer is okay with the whole dairy theory but you also need something like bread to soak it all up, so Im going to recommend pizza...its greasy, has cheese to coat, and the bread to soak up all that alcohol..good luck and dont yack too much...lol....

I have heard that bread is the best because it soaks up the alcohol. I do not know from experience.

try a chef salad with a lot of cheese, meat and egg. Cheese especially, it will help coat your stomach.

Eat nothing because that way the alcohol will absorb quicker and you will get drunk faster.

my brother/sister- I encourage you not to do this. The Bible does not speak against drinking but it does say "dont be drunk". Whatever is leading you to feel you need to "let it all hang out" or "forget your problems" is not so great that you have to abuse your body. I used to get so "faded" (as we call it) that I cant remember how I drove home. I know now, that it was Christ who carried me safely and spared me from killing myself and others a hundred times over. Dont overdo it please...I pray you will listen.

God Bless you and keep you
