I just found out my apartment won't be ready for a month, so I'm looking for a place to stay in the South Orange area. I'm thinking about looking at motels, but do they have deals for renting for a month? Most people aren't willing to rent a room for just one month. Any suggestions?

Try under a bridge. But ask the resident bum there first or else you'll wake up without your shoes (well that might happen anyway).

Maybe check youth hostels. Not fancy but cheap.
