To start with, I am a Mainline Christian.
I live my life day by day, I meditate, do good works, and show compassion to everybody I run into during my daily journeys.
I do not wrong people and I am honest in all of my encounters. I do believe God exists and I believe that Jesus did also, but I respect everybodies opinion.
Now after I die, what will happen to me according to you're faith?

Didst thou not ask this question earlier claiming to be a Buddhist?
You seek transcending knowledge. This is wise.
Peace be with you brother.

Buddhists don't believe in a distinct and separate self. However, there is a collection of tendencies and habits that kind of hang together under the delusion that it is a "self," and if it is not freed of this delusion in life, it will go on to be reborn back in to the cycle of desire and suffering. This isn't reincarnation as it's usually thought of in the modern sense, because there's no eternal soul. There's a whole mythology about how this happens after the person dies, but it's long and complicated. You should look it up on wikipedia or something.

I'm not a Buddhist, but I do embrace many Buddhist ideas (I'm Hindu). I believe a Buddhist would say that you will be reincarnated to live out your karma - good and bad - in a next life. (I believe that too, although I think you can get saved from having to be reincarnated since you are a good Christian). In Buddhism, everything has a cause and effect. So your good actions are going to lead to good effects. So you may be closer to enlightenment in your next life. Eventually, if you keep being a good person, and overcome earthly attachments, then you can attain Nirvana.

it's depend. If in this current life, you do the good things, you probably be come a human in next life. That is a basic of buddish fact. But, life is not that easy. Your next life will depend on many many factors that no human being can interprete.
Budda say: if some one try to use knowledge in this life to explain what happen or what will happen is total WRONG. Your life is a combination of your previous life. No one control your life, only you can "adjust" your future life, but when the result will come out. No one can exactly tell you.
Let me give you some example: let say you chop a tree at bottom of the tree. After chopping more than half way, then you stop. Do you think which way will the tree fall down? Your next life is about the same. If you do the good actions in this life, probadly you will do the good action in next life, then you will be have another good form of living. REMEMBER, NOT ONLY THIS UNIVERSE IS EXISTING. THERE IS MANY MANY UNIVERSES EXIST, BUT YOU DON'T SEE THEM. THIS UNIVERSE IS CALLED SEXUAL UNIVERSE, MEANING WE WERE BORN BY SEXUAL (DISPITE THAT WE HAVE OTHER METHODS LIKE CLONE..ARTIFICIAL BORNING..)
Second: If you let the leave on the stream of water, the leave will float then follow the stream of water. What happen if you put s stick in front of the leave? they will change their direction, won't they? your life is the same.

Buddhists believe in continuous reincarnation until you reach nirvana or become a Buddha yourself. Basically do good and you are one step closer in future lives. Do bad and you go backwards. Doing good in this life may just be making up for "bad karma" in past lives, but it is the only way to go. Sounds like you are on the right path.

You will be reborn according your needs ie--what you still need to learn that you missed in this life. Also many would say--you will be reborn according to your Karma, what actions you have performed. There are different schools of thought in the Buddhist community just like there is in the Christian community. It isn't one size fits all. You have the Zen (Chan), Pure Land, Mahayana, Tibetan (Tantric) and Theravada. Why don't you study it and find out for yourself?

If all your past karma has worked itself out, nirvana. Otherwise, you'll be reborn.
