It is very good for you. in fact, the best oil you can use, especially for cooking. Olive oil is ok but not stable at high temp, while coconut oil is great for cooking at high temps.

Even though it has a high fat content, it is a fat that is actually good for you and will actually speed your metabolism and help you lose weight.

And, it is a natural moisturizer, natural antibiotic and there are numerous other benefits.

I know someone who uses it as a moisturizer for their seriously dry skin. I know others who use it as a conditioner for their hair. And it smells yummy. You can also cook with it, but it's very high in fat.

Hi its good for almost everything but i wish i could use it but gives me a rash.

i think i heard somewhere that the gasses from "natural"things are worse then thoes for your basic gass.
