Don't eat it! Bacteria has already set in and you will risk it!

I say eat it! Anything you reheat in the microwave will end up killing the bacteria and you should be fine. People are very picky about what they eat and give you advise based on their opinion and not necessarily from the context of actual health risks. If you easily get sick from foods then maybe it's not a good idea but if you have a sturdy immune system and almost never get sick from potentially "spoiled" foods then you should be good to go.

Usually with food poisoning, someone will vomit uncontrollably, not just once, and they may even have diarrhea as well. You might have just had an upset stomach before you ate, and eating in general caused you to vomit, not actual bacteria from the food you ate. Victims of food poisoning usually vomit relatively soon after eating.

I wouldn't take the chance. Bacteria multiply like crazy on food at room temp.

No, don't eat it! Throw it out and find something else. Sorry, but sitting out overnight is not good - and even cooking it up again won't help.

Don't eat it. The cream in the alfredo sauce is probably pretty rank by now.

I wouldn't do it because alfredo sauce is milk based and could make you barf.
