YOU WONT GO TO HELL IF YOU DONT GO TO CHURCH, SINCE CHURCH IS DEFINED IN THE BIBLE AS A GROUP OF PEOPLE AND NOT AN ACTUAL BUILDING. JUST READ THE BIBLE EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE IF YOU WANT, BUT AS LONG AS YOU'VE ACCEPTED JESUS IN YOUR HEART, YOU BELIEVE IN GOD, AND YOU'R A GOOD PERSON, YOU'LL GET TO HEAVEN

If your conversion is genuine, you will not go to hell. However, if you aren't going to church, you will have to face your Lord and explain why you were disobedient.
Hebrews 10:24-25 says, "And let us continue to consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another even more as you see the day coming nearer."
When a Christian separates themselves from the Body of Christ, they not only deny the church the gifts that they could bring to the table, they open themselves up to attack.
Satan and his minions are a lot like pack animals. Wolves, hyenas, and the like. They never hunt fairly. They will stalk the weak, the sick, and the lame. When one of these is separated from the herd or flock, that's when the pack attacks. 5, 8, maybe even 10 predators to one. This is why Peter taught us, "Be clear-minded and alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour." (I Peter 5:8) If you allow Satan to have his way with you, your faith will be unproductive and perhaps even die.
So, you can avoid church if you like, but when you do, you are being disobedient. And that being the case, you might consider questioning if you really are in the faith. "Keep examining yourselves to see whether you are continuing in the faith. Test yourselves! You know, do not you, that Jesus Christ lives in you? Could it be that you are failing the test?" (II Corinthians 13:5)
Besides, it has been said that the church is a lot like Noah's Ark. The stench on the inside would be unbearable, except for the storm outside.

No one can tell you if you're going to heaven or hell. All you can do is try your very best to get to heaven. We all slip up. Even those who go to church daily.
Saint Paul, who wrote a large chunk of the New Testament and was called by Jesus himself to lead the people, wasn't even sure HE was going to heaven.
For me, I love my church. I am Catholic. I checked out a few different Catholic churches to see where I would be most spiritually fed. I wasn't getting fed at the church right across the street from my home.
Your church is your community. Community is what Jesus taught us. Love one another. Do for one another.
Church also helps us remember that we are created in the image of God. Helps us not to create God in the image we like best. Helps us grow spiritually.
I find it funny when folks talk about "once saved always saved." You'll find none of them think they will find Judas Iscariot in heaven. But he believed in Jesus and was by their own definition "saved" even when he hung himself.
There's my humble two cents.

If you have truly accepted Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior, then your soul will be saved from damnation. Going to church is not a part of the equation; however, church serves the purpose of allowing you the opportunity to interact with others who have similar beliefs as you. Also, if you need someone to talk to about your life and God's plan, then you are better off talking to someone who is familiar with God's Word and that is usually within the church. It is difficult to find a church that is a good "fit" for you. Unfortunately, I have been to and heard of Bible-based churches who preach hatred and bigotry. I believe God made us all equally and that we should not one another, because He is the Judge. Therefore, I don't believe that God intended his followers to discriminate, hate or judge. Those should not be principles advocated in a dwelling that is supposed to provide comfort, worship and acceptance. Ultimately, if you have personal relationship with God which governs your life, then it is not also a requirement to attend church regularly. Let's not forget that Christians are sinners, too. Just because they congregate in a dwelling of worship and praise does not mean that their interpretation of God's Word or will is the correct one. I sincerely hope that helps you on your way to find the answer that you are looking for.

First off, I am a Christian. Not going to church will not condemn you to hell. The verse people like to use is Hebrews 10:25, stating "...not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as ye see the Day approaching..." Many seem to think this means you must go to church, but church is only one application of this. If you spend time with other believers (even just a Christian friend), and encourage each other in faith, then this passage is fulfilled. But if you cut yourself off from spending time with other believers, assuming you can build your faith on your own, then it is in danger of waning. Still won't necessarily condemn you to hell, but it doesn't help your faith to grow.
Then again, looking at a lot of Christianity today, that itself doesn't help in increasing my faith. So it's kinda a double-sided issue...

Being saved isn't the same as being a Church Member. Some people who attend church are likely going to hell. It's about your relationship with God. There is such thing as "Christian Posers". People who go to church, claim to know the Lord, but really just show up to look good to the people in the community.

No. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but by Me." the only way to get to Heaven is through Jesus, the only way to stay out of Heaven is to reject him. Going to church, doing good works, telling people about Jesus, etc. comes after you accept Jesus, as in obedience to Him. It does not make us any better than what we were. God said that our righousness is as filthy rags to Him. Only thorugh Jesus, can we be saved.

No my child you won't go to hell. The ones that tell you you would will be the last to enter the kindgom of heaven. Jesus loved to preach outside, on the mountain tops. Go to your nearest beach, stand facing the waves, go to the park, lay on the grass and look at the clouds....there is where you will find God.

hahaha hun... u are not going to go to hell because you dont go to church. my whole family including myself are 100% devoted to God yet we dont even go to church. it is only a public way of showing people what your beliefs are. i actually dont really like church. and its not about being a good person. yes, not committing sins is good but mainly ur job as a christian and now that u been born again is to walk with the Lord and learn about him. its like developing a relationship with any human being. you talk with him and love him adn he loves you more then any one could. and once you learn as much as you can about him u will find out what ur real job is. and once u have enough knowledge, ur job will be to spread the word of him. ur a baby in christ now u need to grow like u did when u were first born. Good Luck and God Bless you.

Going to church has nothing to do with salvation, but the Word does say that we should not forsake the gathering of the saints. So if you are meeting regularly with other believers and are growing in your faith and walk, then you are on the right track to heaven.....
Remember we do not have salvation by works, but faith without works is dead!
