Most new car have it as an option...if u buy a used car, most with power seats do to. Our Chevy 1/2 ton silverado has one and it works great...u can set it for more then one driver to so when u get in all u do is push your button and it will adjust to your setting.

my Chevy 1500 4 dr p/u has memory seats and most of the time they work as programed. Its when someone shorter than me reprograms the seats that it crushes me against the steering wheel/ As a joke, it has run its course and is no longer funny.

Some Jeep Grand Cherokees do. I just remember a friend's mom in high school having one (that was over 5 yrs ago so I'm sure you can find a good used one)
