God doesn't send people to Hell for asking questions :)

The first issue, of course, is whether you take the Genesis accounts literally or rather see them as metaphorical or mythological stories that express realities about the human condition. This is an area Christians disagree about, with conservatives usually taking the more literal approach.

Adam and Eve have three sons named in Genesis: Cain, Abel, and Seth. But Genesis 5:4 says that Adam had other sons and daughters. The text doesn't tell us about where Cain and his brother's wives came from, but the safest speculation would probably be that they married their sisters. Pretty soon there would have been cousins and nieces to choose from, and so on. From our perspective it's pretty gross of course, but they didn't have a lot of options :)

Hence...an another shortcoming of The Bible.

Here is the "story".

Adam and Eve produced a LOT of children and they were always born in pairs, a boy and a girl. Very few of them are actually "known" by name with Abel and Cain being the most popular.

You were only considered brother and sister if you were actually born together, not otherwise. So Adam and Eve were ordered by God to wed children crisscrossing. So Abel was to marry Cain's sister and Cain was to marry Abel's sister. The problem was that Cain's sister was much better looking and Cain wanted her instead of Abel's sister. First he went to his dad...who rejected of course, then he simply killed Abel for her.

One thing you must remember, that "incest" has a different definition depending on which society/culture/time it is applied to. Back then, (religiously speaking of course), it must have been okay to marry each other even though your parents were the same. Today in this so "enlightened and civilized" societies of Europe and America, "cousins" are forbidden but everywhere else, it is apparently okay...AND NO, THEIR KIDS ARE NOT DEFORMED!

Just another stupid hype and myth made up without scientific research or background...and of course, people believing in it blindly.

No, there were actually 7 pairs of Adam's and Eve's that gave birth at different times. These switched off every so often until they all got tired of the birthing process. Only then did they make it possible for man to begin birthing their own offspring. By that time there were plenty of mates to choose from who weren't a brother or sister. The churches combined all these into the famed couple Adam and Eve.

Adam and Eve had other children besides Cain, Abel and Seth. In Gen. 5 it gives the geneology by saying how many years they lived after their "first born" and says they had other sons and daughters.

As to the question of intermarrying, we can only assume God allowed it because there is no mention of other created races.

I agree with some of the others who said that daughters aren't usually mentioned unless they did something noteworthy. Marrying relatives wasn't uncommon thing early in the history of the Bible - levitical regulations against it weren't set in place by God until later.
Asking questions is not a sin. It is good to read critically and ask questions! :)

In the Babylonian tradition, there is a triad of demons with whom Lilith is associated. The male is called Lilu, and the two females are Lilitu, a frigid, barren, & husbandless demon who roamed the night searching for men to seduce or drink their blood, and Ardat Lili, the 'maid of desolation.'
Lilith is thought be the demon of waste places who originally lived in the garden of the Sumerian goddess, Innana, queen of heaven. She is mentioned only briefly in the Hebrew Bible in Isaiah 34:14.
In Jewish traditions, Lilith was created with Adam from the dust of the earth, & became his first wife. She was stubborn, though, & refused to be subservient to her husband. Instead of becoming Adam's servant, she left him & was turned out of Paradise. However, before God created Eve, He sent 3 angels to try to convince Lilith to return to Adam. She refused, & God cursed her by sentencing 100 of her offspring to die each day. After her expulsion from Paradise, however, she slept once more with Adam, & bore the Shedim, Lilin, & Rauchin.
Later, in Kabbalistic circles, Lilith became the mistress of Sammael.
It is mistakenly thought that Lilith's name was derived from the Hebrew word lailah, which means 'night.' This was probably derived from the similarity of the two words, and the idea that Lilith was mostly active at night.

***Adam and Eve produced three males so I am told. where did the female come from for them to be...? ***

Male and female created he them.

Most probably,
Cain was born with a twin sister.
Abel was born was a twin sister.
Cain slew Abel.
Seth' was a single birth.
Abel' sister was mated to Seth.
Cain was mated to his twin sister.
And here we are today.
Easy right.
Proof, no way you got to have faith.

ahahaha
Apparently that must have been left out of the Bible you're reading.

Incest , obviously.

In this kind of narrative, the daughters aren't mentioned unless they did something spectacular, so yes, the three brothers had sisters also, and married them.

It was all right because they were only one generation away from perfection and the genetic code hadn't gotten mixed up yet.
