It's a meal substitute. You are substituting a high calorie meal with a low calorie meal.
So yes, that works.
If you drink it in addition, all you are doing is adding calories.

No, it has apartame in it.

Aspartame breaks down into formic acid and formaldihyde. Formic acid is the stuff that gives you a hangover after you drink. Both are poison.

Aspartame makes you crave carbs! Pretty lousy thing to put in a diet product.

I like the idea of drinkable meals as an alternative, but there are better things to drink for diets. Dry a smoothie made out of kefir milk and fruit. Tasty, filling and low cal. V8 is another very good choice.

It does. It's purpose is to cut calories. So people who don't want to make the effort to deal with their diet can cut calories and lose weight. The same results can be had with watching meal portions as well.

It does work, but when most people lose the weight and start eating normally again they tend to gain the weight back.

not so much! i mean if you stick to it and dont go out of line even by a slight curve, it will not work. Shakes dont do it for me. Good tip: dont eat after 7:30pm and try not to eat only carbs, try chicken and veggies, but dont limit yourself on food either.

It works as long as you have self control while using it. Most people diet, & get results & then go back to eating unhealthy.

no but trim spa does, it makes you really hyper at first. walmart is selling it for 20 bucks for 75 pills, really good.
