Well, first of all, you didn't give any kind of info. How old are you? How old is she? But if you feel the need to come here and ask strangers if you should have sex or not, I think you are not yet mature enough for sex.
Sex is huge, not to be taken lightly. Major emotional issues come about because of sex. If you do have sex, even if you use protection or she claims to be on the pill or the shot, are you ready to handle what happenes if she gets pregnant?
Are you ready to be a daddy? Can you afford to pay child support? Can you support a child?
Before anyone is ready for sex, you need to think of the outcomes because you never know what will happen. So for now, no, you are not ready for sex. Tell the girl you aren't ready either. When the two of you are older, she will respect that.
