You can do something like Pictionary...(its just always going to be your turn though). I dont know if you are a Christian but I encourage you to pray for God to heal your wife. By your faith, you can do that...my husband and I will lift you both in prayer...

I wish you had told us her disability... then we could give more catered responses, but here's what I thought of:
Bring a chair into the kitchen, along with something to put her feet on. Get her situated, and then put on some music. She can direct you, or just talk to you, while you make dinner or some sweet treat. When it is done, put a blanket down outside and bring the food out. Sit on the blanket together, eat the food you brought out, and look at the stars.
I know the price of gas is high these days, but it might be nice to go for a drive. Listen to music, roll down the windows, and talk while you drive her around.
Go to a writing site and print out some short stories to read to her. Some of those writers are really good. I go to www.writing.com and www.youngwriterssociety.com. They're both really great sites.
Go out and buy one of those interactive movie games, where you shout about movies. They're really fun, and you can participate.
I'm sorry I'm not much help. I hope you two have a wonderful evening. Tell your wife that she's amazing, because I know she is. She sounds very sweet, and I understand how frustrating it is to have a disability (even if mine have been temporary). God Bless.

There are a bunch of things you can do! Crafts are an excellent activity...writing your own stories, scrap-booking, having a romantic date...(now I was paying attention and realize she is stuck in bed), open the window allow the moonlight in, cook a nice dinner, light candles all over the room and serve her dinner in bed while you talk about things that interest both of you! Get magazines or pictures and make a collage of life together. Good Luck to you and btw, anything you do with her, I am sure she will love! :)

Can you get her out of the bed room, just a change of space will be good, You know at the library they have the audio books, they are good. Buy her a nice night gown, give her a nice massage, just try and be creative. Tell her she is still your sweet heart. Look up at the moon and stars, and just let the words flow, ask her, how you can make her comfortable. massage her hair. Then remember I Spy, with my little eyes?

Audio books. Is she really stuck in bed or can she be moved to a wheel chair? BBQ's, and good company, Move her bed to the Living room or outside so she can look at something besides the four walls. Good luck. Hang in there

Plan something super romantic for just the two of you. Cook her dinner and decorate the room with roses, candles and ballons. Just let her know that you support her in every way. She probably feels alone and scared. Sometimes just talking is what you need the most!

Play cards. Get a small pet to be in the bed with her and keep her company. Do a project like scrapbooking or updating your photo albums. Write to out of town friends and relatives. Shop out of catalogs.
