Why in 2 weeks?

If you want to lose weight, do it for yourself for your health not because stupid people insult you.

And you can't be healthy thin in 2 weeks. You should maybe change your eating habits and do some exercise. But it takes time.

It is very embarrassing and frustrating being overweight. Unfortunately there is no quick weight loss plan that is successful long term and some are even harmful to your health. The first thing needed to be successful in weight loss is to want to do it for YOU. Second, understand that it is often a lengthy process to loose weight and keep it off permanently. Think about how long it has been since you were at an ideal weight. 5 years, 10 years, perhaps more than 20? You did not put all your extra weight on in 2 weeks so you will NOT take it off in 2 weeks. Gradually making lifestyle changes will work while diets do not. Change what you can live with a little at a time. Do you eat out every day? Make it a point to eat a healthy meal at home just once a week. Gradually you can add more healthy home cooked meals to your diet. Don't exercise now? Add something to your daily routine such as walk around the block or park in the furthest spot away at your workplace or while shopping. Drink a lot of soda? Drink an 8 ounce glass of water before you have another soft drink. Don't try to do it all at once, it sets you up for failure, which makes you depressed which makes you eat more and do less. Enlist a friend to help you be accountable. In addition to hearing less mean comments from people, you will also begin to have more energy, increase your life expectancy, and lower your blood pressure and cholesterol. Anyone who does not struggle with their weight thinks it is easy to just eat right and exercise, but I have struggled with my weight for more than 20 years and go through periods of great success followed by periods of seeming failure at every turn. You are worth taking care of yourself regardless of what anyone else says.

u cannot get thin in just 2 weeks its not healthy. If u wanna get thin u have to do it over a period of time that is more then 2 weeks. I myself have been running twice a day and staying on a diet and i havnt lost much weight so it takes time. Besides it depens on how fast or slow your body looses weight. For for the fact that ppl isult u just ignore them and when u achieve the wight u want they'll have no more insults towards u.

Your'e not going to be able to do it in two weeks. It's not hard, it just takes committment. Start walking every day for 30 minutes or so. You'll begin to find that it's actually very relaxing to get out of the house and spend a little "alone" time with your thoughts and nature.

As far as the people that are insulting you...SCREW 'EM! They obviously have their own problems that they are afraid will be revealed, so to mask them, they attack others who's problems may be more apparent.

You should be the only one who can make you feel bad or good.

:)

I don't know how much weight you need to lose, but it isn't happening in 2 weeks if you are more than 10 pounds overweight. Start an exercise regimen today - walk for half an hour around your neighborhood, play sports, something. Eat sensibly - lots of water, fruits, veggies. You will see some results within a week, but be patient for the big changes.

I lost about thirty pounds in less than two months on The Movie Star Diet, by Steve Simmons. It covers the gamut from nutrition and exercise to workout and general fitness. It's a really different kind of diet than anything else I've tried, and I've tried a LOT. It works well because it doesn't try to restrict you from eating the kinds of foods that you love. It works WITH you, instead of trying to get you to eat a bunch of stuff you've always hated and always will hate.

this really works!
-drink 100 fl.oz. or more water a day
-eat more veggies than anything else, but do eat fruit (morning is best)
-become vegan (no meat, milk, eggs, geletin, etc.)
-try to eat organic raw foods
-eat bout 6 small meals a day, every 2-3 hours
-don't eat breads, try rice(white and brown r fine) and sweet potatos
-eat a larg varity of foods, not all the same ones everyday
-drink teas everyday... like green tea, matcha, white tea, jasmine, wu long, etc.
-try not to eat after 6-7 pm

it is not risky well being-sensible, so which you will proceed to wax your carrot devoid of challenge. basically are not getting loopy with the place you do it. Masterbating in public might desire to get you a trip in a police vehicle and a record as a sexual criminal. So, save it private or with different consenting adults.
