Is it good for anxiety? or is it just used for depression?

I took it for depression and it made me feel damn near suicidal and homicidal!

No. Wellbutrin is prescribed for depression, or to help counteract withdrawal symptoms when quitting smoking, or drinking. It does nothing to alleviate anxiety.

Ativan has worked with me for anxiety, but can become addictive.
Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant and could work for social anxiety and the like. Check with your doctor.
