Nothing exists that is worth what people do to each other in wars. What is the difference between the people that live in Israel and the people that live in Lebanon, that makes it impossible for them to share a little square of land? There is nothing that is worth blowing a little girl's arm off. There is nothing that is worth blinding sedate old men.
What is it about humankind that we are so afraid of each other? That we need to keep enforcing reproduction so that WE outnumber THEM? How is it that every major religion claims to be advocating peace while being distorted into an excuse to make war?
Why can’t we see that we are running out of everything and that the people are fools who are sure that the right solution to that is to use it all up faster? How can Jerry Falwell or James Dobson fail to see that in the name of Jesus they are advocating the very worst sins that Jesus denounced? How can these monstrous men get away with the death mongering and the world destroying they are doing and advocating?
Nothing exists that is worth the slaughter of innocents. Nothing is worth bombing civilians, or poisoning rivers and streams. Nothing is that real. No city or nation or imagined position of purity is worth defining a people as ENEMY and setting out to destroy or enslave them.
When the big wave comes and washes away our sand castle, it will never be the intricacy lost, and the beauty, and the waste investment of time and energy that matters afterward. It will be the people that were involved in it with us. They will matter in our hearts. And the big wave always comes. And if we manipulated and took advantage of people, enslaved people, and demeaned and defamed people for the end of building that mighty, invincible, immutable sand castle, then we shall be truly lost, and alone on a dark ocean strand without even the stars to keep us company.
What can we possibly do to retrace our steps? Can a war be un-fought? Can the limbs of the children be re-installed? Can the words of hate be un-said? Can the wasted oil and the ruined environment be put back as they once were? Can we ever smooth over the plaster in such a way as to make the broken beams underneath not matter?

A worst-case scenario would unroll if the United States were to launch a major air strike against Iranian nuclear facilities in the next few months or in 2007. A limited air strike against a "choke point," such as the Iranian uranium conversion facility at Isfahan, would likely disrupt Iran's nuclear program for a long time. The problem is what happens then.
Iran will respond in some way, all of which are devastating to regional and international security. They could lob scuds at Israel and US bases in the region.
They could block the Strait of Hormuz, cutting of the oil pipeline.
They could stop selling oil.
They could use their connections with Hizbullah to launch terrorist strikes against U.S. interests.
They could do all or any of the above in combination. The only feasible targeting of a US NUCLEAR attack would be the hardened facility at Natanz, 75 ft under hard rock. The other nuclear facilities are soft targets and can be taken out by conventional weapons.

Nuking Iran will have disastrous consequences. Iran is not Iraq. It is much larger and much more integrated and united as compared to Iraq which has squabbling Sunnis,Shias and Kurds. First casulty will be American and British troops in Iraq and other Middle east countries.Second casualty will be Israel. The Gulf which is used for transportation of oil will get engulfed in the war and fuel supplies to countries world over will get affected. The crude oil prize may touch sky high price of 200$ per barrel and world economy will get upset. The stock markets world over might crash causing huge losses to investors. It is difficult to predict the consequences. Worst fear is that it might transform itself in to aWWIII if other Muslim countries like Syria join.

If US lisetens to the nonesenses of EU ( specially France ) and b.a.s.t.a.r.d Russia and China and sticks to unlimited everlasting useless "diplomatic negotiation with Iran" mullahs will develope their nuckear bombs and WMD and then in avery near future there remains no option but nuking them to get rid of the main nourishers and supporters of terrorism. But it seems Bush has no guts / courage to deal with mullahs. EU and Russia, China also make so much money in our desperate country that don't think about what these mullahs can do to them when they get more stable.

No, the USA should not use Nukes unless in defense of our mainland.
I wish I could understand our foreign policy. It seems the US is always in the wrong side. The more we help other Countries, (foreign aide & trade agreements), the more the USA is disliked.

they're === they are. their is the word you are looking for bud. and yes. most americans are nothing but a bunch of gutless yellowbellies nowadays anyway. look at the generation of WWII. now those men were heroes, taking out the loons of the world and making them get on their knees and surrendering 100%. you cant have it any other way with these psychos. maybe we could do it a different way that wouldn't hurt surrounding areas (nuclear fallout), but annihilation needs to be implemented on these bastards.

A large percentage of Iranians are good, hard working people. Does life mean so little to you that you would murder the innocent along with the guilty? Must be a Neocon.

No, there is no excuse for using such weapons. To do so would be almost as damaging to the US itself. No country is going to trade with a bunch psychos.
