HA HA HA. Thats the coolest question on here I've ever heard. I could give you a "shot" in the butt with your panties on...but I'd have to run pretty fast to tear through.

You get the shot at the top of the "cheek" in the muscle. Yes, you should be able to keep them on you'll just have to lower them for the nurse.
