For some reason, i just have the worst luck with girls. I mean, i'm a really quiet guy if i dont know you, but if we have things in common i can start talking ya know? i just have a hard time getting into the circle of girls and getting to know them.. and getting them to like me as more than just a friend. i mean, i'm not at all conceited, but i would consider myself a decently looking guy. ive had girls tell me i'm cute, hot, ect.. but i cant get girls to date me. i'm very nice, friendly, i dress fine, i'm clean cut, i'm not THAT shy.. but i can be reserved at times. what am i doing wrong??? I What are some tips to give me that push over the edge so i can easily talk to girls and get their interest in me?? I need your help girls.. so give me some advice!

lol you sound like the male version of me, when im around my friends im really out going and chatty, but with new people im reserved and probably come accross shy.. im quite shy around guys too...quite annoying
all i can say is, when youre attracted to a certain girl, give her the hints like long eye contact, a smile and general flirtiness, and try to intergrate into a group just like you would with your friends..
from the your picture you should have no problem ;), maybe your coming across as intimidating or something cause your shy, girls may be misinterpreting it as you dismissing them cause your not interested.. you could work on that.. but really as the others have answered, you shouldnt change who you are.. your time will come. good luck

Maybe you just need to come right out and tell these girls that you are talking to that you like them or want to date them. I am one of those girls that will keep a guy as a friend unless he tells me that he wants to date me or likes me.

Don't change for anyone, just be yourself..... maybe flash a girl a smile or find something that interests her to talk about, but not bore yourself! Have fun with it!

be yourself-and just wait-pushy is NOT all that sexy. Plus-99% of fools that talk to me-i wish didn't, and don't trust what they say we said, more than likely we told them NO thanks.
when they look at you-smile back-if they look more than once-GO
and again-wait, that or find easy ones if thats what ur looking for
