We know that Christians have no brains. It has to be true.?

It has to be true because this is what Atheists keep telling us and we know that Atheists are the only ones who have brains. With that being said and admitted, I would like a list of Colleges that were established by Atheists in the U.S. While at it, I would like a list of the greatest inventors and of those who have advanced the medical profession and the field of science the most of whom were Atheists. A list of Hospitals and benevolent institutions that were established by Atheists would also be welcomed. After having done so, lets compare the list with the accomplishments of Christians against those of Atheists. The question is, overall which of the two have been more beneficial to mankind in the above list, Christians or Atheists?

Well good shot. Wish it was true. I think more important than brains is the compassion for other people that started so many schools, colleges, missions, shelters, orphanages and hospitals. Fortunately for us it doesn't take brains to help other people.

Your list would still be impressive. The number of highly intelligent Christians is not small, even in science. Yet compassion and service is the main item.

What concerns me that the number of Christians with compassion is dwindling while the number of atheists with a semblance of dignity has all but disappeared, at least on this site. It appears to be degrading into two camps of bigots.

It would be interesting to see the atheists on this site put forward a list or anything substantial. I doubt if that happens. Their game here is mainly to bait Christians and cry a lot.

And how exactly do you plan on proving who was a christian and who was an atheist. Unlike some christians, atheists don't go around shouting their beliefs at everyone. So there are probably many atheists that you don't realize.

Why don't we compare how many religious causes started wars and injustice, versus how many atheist "causes" have started wars? As you can see, there is no point in arguing this way and trying to make each other look bad - can't you be happy with your own life and beliefs and leave others alone?

The most important person who ever lived was an atheist/agnostic - Charles Darwin. Then there was Albert Einstein.
Then there was Watson who discovered DNA. The list goes on. Without these men (and women) the institutions that apply these scientific discoveries could not exist.

Atheists have no brain whatsoever... Evolution is nonsense and natural selection is nonsense... how can we have selection or choice without someone who selects or chooses... God is behind all creation.. Our whole body and organs are wonderfully made and created by an intelligent designer who is God...how did nature know for example that we need teeth to chew food or fingers to hold things with or feet to stand on comfortably or eyes to see and ears to hear or mouth and tongue to taste food and speak... what about our joints that allow us comfortable to move our hands and legs etc.... if you think about every organ that we have... everything is made by wisdom.. nature wouldn't have known what we need... look at the delicious fruits that God created for our enjoyment and refreshment... look at the stars, the moon and all the planets how they orbit the sun in absolute order without colliding with each other... Truely God is wonderful but Atheists are so blind to see all these beauties of God's creation

Personally...I think atheists should leave us religious folk the hell alone...if they choose not to believe in anything then that's their problem, I think atheists are too scared to have a religion because they are afraid of what people might think of them or they rather believe in evolution...you know what...

...I would be an atheist too if i had so much faith...faith in the thought that everything evolved for some gassy belch in the universe...but no...I'm a Christian and i say praise the lord...so screw you atheists

The question is . . . which religion is responsible for the majority of the bloodshed throughout history? It's a definite toss-up between Islam and your cherished Christianity.

Is today's scientific community mostly Christian or atheist/agnostic? I think you already know the answer.

You made a good point on my question. Yes, I guess I can't be changed because my mind has seen too many flaws in the belief in the biblical 'God'. However, most theist are even more closed minded. But they are not closed minded because they have found good evidence in their belief, it is because they don't want to find the truth. They are not dumb, just to closed minded to accept the truth. Most people I meet don't even believe in the biblical god. They believe in a supernatural being that they call 'God'. Most people don't realize that they are too completely different things.

This country was founded on its beliefs in God. If you don't believe me, read about the pilgrims who came from Europe to avoid religious persecution and helped to establish this country. Read about the transplanted african slaves who converted to christianity and kept their faith while being held in bondage. Or, you can look at our currency and see the phrase, "In God We Trust", on it. The United States was founded by christians and has become a place were everyone can express their beliefs, whether good or bad.

They will be more beneficial because instead of thinking about god all the time they can spend more of that time working and studying.
