I'm a vegetarian and don't eat fish also so wondered if there was a
similar supplement I could take for joint pain. What is actually in Glucosamine? Thanks

The company known as NOW (NOW Foods) sells a vegetarian glucosamine / MSM supplement. You may also want to include hemp, olive and or flax oil (in liquid form to avoid rancidity in capsules).

One of the best holistic treatments I have ever found for joint pain is fruit pectin. I use Certo (brand) fruit pectin myself. One tablespoon in six ounces of juice every morning, keeps my knees from aching after a long day on my feet.
