You'd think so...... wouldn't you? But apparently the flawed nature of humanity has spawned all sorts of nasty ailments. APPARENTLY it's our fault that babies are born 3 months premature, that infants die horrible, slow, painful deaths, that cancer ravages the helpless little bodies of children, that good, faithful, loyal followers of this intelligence suffer agonizingly and die... because, APPARENTLY...... we did this to ourselves. WE brought biological enemies into the world because we're such evil bastards.
This intelligence says "THOU!!! Yes, sinner thou... thine transgression angereth the Lord thy God and therefore unto this completely blameless, totally unassociated, utterly innocent child a dreadful sickness befalls."
Gosh, how's THAT for fair? But oh wait, God doesn't have to be fair or just... *smirk* Who came up with THAT idea??
*eyeroll*

We were created perfect at the beginning, but when man chose to sin, God cursed creation, and everything was affected. From that point our bodies began to erode, and after centuries, genetic deformities, and other health issues have become quite prominent.
Also, as medical science advances, the list of "design errors" or vestigial organs grows smaller and smaller. The appendix was likely a secondary stomach, some centuries ago, used by people whose only choice was to gorge themselves at mealtime because food would not be available for a week or so. Today, it has become less needed, but that doesn't make it vestigial, it just means that our "brilliant" minds have figured out what it is yet.

That's a great question! I think (believe) that it doesn't speak to a non-intelligent method of creation but to a non-intelligent use of the creation itself. We've probably all heard at one time or another that we're raping or killing Mother Earth...well, that has been accomplished in many respects by all of our mis-use, e.g., environmental irresponsiblities of vast proportions and more. For every effect there is a cause and I think it's reasonable to believe that in all of our efforts to technologically advance we have morally regressed and it has left us with an abundance of problems that, at one time, did not exist.
I think this only partly answers your question but to the other part I will say this: there is perfection even in imperfection and the thinking of human (beings), although derived from The Creator as creations, still equates only a remnant of The Infinite Intelligence (God, The Universe, etc., etc.).
All of this is just my humble opinion based on years of learning, experience and observation. Peace...

NO...
Our bodies were created perfect initially,
When sin was introduced into the world by Adam & Eve, the minute genetic variations began and have multiplied through time.
Plot the ages people have lived to historically (pre & post flood) and you will see a perfect mathematically functional curve with a downward trend.
Modern medical science has caused a small upswing at the VERY end but the model holds...

we do no longer likely easily choke that is why its choking, that's resolved with water that's in basic terms i do no longer understand why we'd choose to flow into the sky or breathe in water...I recommend we are land creatures. little ones die of aids through fact they do no longer seem to be the right age to have a better immune gadget, maximum youthful animals die this thank you to. we don't choose extra palms and legs, if we did then we'd adapt. All creatures would desire to sleep, different than the lady from the hoop. Our epidermis ability we can cool down swifter. :D xxx

All the things that one might consider wrong or bad exist because of sin, and the only way for one to come to this very
important understanding is bible study and teaching. We spend
so much time in life learning about the things of this world and not enough time reading and studying about GOD'S will for us, learn that the bible is life's instruction manual, more bibles in this
WORLD than any other book, there's a reason for that, GOD said
that none should be lost.

Long ago, man couldn't comprehend how we could exist without having been willfully created by something much more powerful than us, so we invented the myth of the omnipotent god. Then it occured to us that an omnipotent god must also be perfect in its knowledge, so we added to the myth that god must be omniscient. Then it occured to us that a omniscient god couldn't know everything if it wasn't everywhere, so we added to the myth that must be omnipresent. Then in our desire to understand this god, and to feel good about ourselves, we anthrpomorphized the god, turning him into a father figure who created us in his own image. Then it occured to us that this contradicts the earlier idea that god is omnipresent, so we "fixed" that by saying that since god is omnipotent, he can have both a human like body and be everywhere. Hey, its not a contradiction because god can be anything he wants to be.
Or is it that god can be anything that WE want him to be, since the god of our understanding was made from our understanding? Or even worse, the god of our understanding was invented by the minds of our ancestors six to ten thousand years ago, who were far more primitive in their understanding of the universe than we are today?
Today all bible believers are defending a mythology that is older than written language. For every flaw we point out in their thinking, they can fall back on one of two answers that (for them) always works:
1) God can do anything he wants to do, and works in "mysterious ways".
2) The bible says so.
All if this happened because our distant ancestors couldn't understand many things about themselves and the world they lived in. And today, those who still believe those myths don't want to accept what we have learned, since it undermines their comfortable myths.

That WAS the plan until SIN entered the world. (Which was not God's idea but man's rebellion to a loving but HOLY God)
See Gen. 3:3 but God said, "You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.".....ESV read further to see how man disobeyed the only rule God gave.
It was his mercy that he did not wipe man out totally but gave us a way out of the eternal death by Jesus Christ. God uses our imperfections for his good purposes. Sometimes it may seem like cruelty but there is nothing in this life that is random but only that which comes thru a loving, Father's hand to help us understand an eternal perspective. Everything God allows, He does so to bring Glory to Himself in the long run. We must see thru the eyes of faith

God healed the sick in the bible and after they praised Him. so it was for His glory, and who said we were made out of 'complete randomness'? read my first sentence again, and note how many people pray for a sick person who might die, then they live? do these people not all thank God for answering their prayers? do some even become Christians?

What is perfect? Are we not perfectly what we are in the midst of our imperfections. Even the "mutated" cell is perfect in it's agenda.
