gram negative and gram postive cocci are bacteria, one grows in the absence of oxygen and one grows in the presence of oxygen.
gram postive cocci, like staph aureus, are common on human skin, but do not belong in urine or semen, would bet they found that on the urethral swab.
If there is no significant growth, there is no problem.
