A good point. We can't even prove that we existed before this moment. For all we know, we may have -just- been created with a full set of memories, an artificially aged universe, etc.
Isn't existentialism fun ;-)

Robin Williams explained it very well the other day in an article written in People Magazine...He said that when he looks at his kids playing he thinks, "this is heaven." "It's not just contentment, but a power surge in your heart."
If anyone has ever felt it, you know what he means....And I know it can probably be explained away with adrenaline and endorphins, and all the chemicals of love.......But who would want to explain it away?

I haven't met many atheists who base their atheism on the fact that they can't "see" God. The law of parsimony requires that when facts are unavailable, we proceed on the basis of the most likely hypothesis. God is unfortunately about as likely as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, so we proceed on the assumption that there is no God.

God and religion were used to explain things that observation and available knowledge could not. Now religion and god are based on acts and deeds, and god and evil. Now all you have to do is prove good and evil exist. One mans good is an others' evil.

Nope. It's impossible to prove anyone is feeling an emotion to another person. One may act as THOUGH they are feeling that emotion, but emotion is an intrinsically personal mental state.
There is no god. I spit in the face of the prophets for being liars and charlatans all.

What kind of proof are you looking for? Specify. Do you want me to argue it out rationally or do you want something tangible that you can measure, weigh and disect?

You can prove how much you love someone by how much money you spend on them.
