I read your perceptions of love and decided that perfect love is the ultimate choice, if someone is serious enough. But after reading it over again, the choice would be # 3. That's going by your perceptions and desires.So living close and making visits often would seem to be the correct answer but # 3 brings in the unconditional issue. Does that apply to the other theory? Or would someone love unconditionally enough to allow each person to see other people seperately if they so chose to? This is something that would have to be clarified and straightened out in a relationship or else if there are differing opinions between the two, it could be distrasous in the long run......

no link but if it is the kinds of love i am familiar with, consummate love because you have the basic necessary foundations on which a relationship is built on. Intimacy, you can be comfortable with the person on extremely personal levels. Passion, you have some major chemistry between you. And committment, you are willing to do what it takes to make things work. The other kinds of love might last a little while but consummate lasts longer because it has everything where as the other types lack one or more of the fundamentals
edit---perfect love seems to be equal to consummate love on your chart

My choice is #5 starting off with friendship and graduating to #7 perfect love, as I know that it could be. I have no doubt about it whatsoever. I trust my belief in this fully and it's already in progress to begin with...GOD told me..........
