i learn after a couple heartbreak that a fruitful and long-lasting relationship require good communication, understanding and compromise.

These concept must come from both side and both partners must show committment to each other for both of them to cherish each other.

Communication is the most important bridge between two partners in a relationship, without words and ideals being exchange properly; things would get pretty ugly in a heartbeat.

I always say the right thing to my girlfriend when I know she would benefit the most, however I also watch how I phrase my words in a way it would be easiler for her to understand and accept.

However I found out later on that its not how I phrase my statement that matters, it is whether she has the heart to accept other's opinion when she know its right that counts. She appreciate my insight and my intention to help and she does the same thing to me.

She doesn't have those "I am a girl and I am always right and you have to always put up with me" attitude.

She understand that in order to be successful in life, one must learn from others to help improve oneself.

I guess its not hard when you find the right girl with the right mind

This is a very fundamental sexual communication issue.

In general, men are disposed to communicate verbally, agressively and directly.

In general women are disposed to communicate non-verbally (body language, tone, facial expression), passively and indirectly.

Hence men and women often misinterpret each other. Women often gasp out loud that men just don't "get" what is so obvious to them and men walk around in a daze not knowing what women are on about.

Add to that, women communicate a whole lot more than men who tend to be more solitary.

Girls....to win with a man always be clear, unambiguous and direct. He WILL NOT be able to read your signals or subcommunication even though you and your girlfriends think it's so obvious.

Boys.....remember that women always communicate INDIRECTLY. Learn to read between the lines, watch her body language and see if it is congruent with what she is saying. Women rarely explicitly state what they want and even more rarely confront or challenge when they are unhappy. Learn to recognise the signs.

nope!!! because we have a very close relationship with trust and love. yeah i know sounds corny but there you go!! but with that we have no secrets and always manage to speak whats on our minds even if its a bad point if the relationship is good then it can handle a bit of critisism lets face it all people do in the end its only natural!!
