More power to you! It is a great idea. Unfortunately it's been tried countless times before. Unless you are independently wealthy, you are going to have an extremely difficult time with the funding. You could start some kind of a charity organization to raise money, but you'll have to know people willing to donate. Stae and federal governments are not eager to fund these programs to to past failure. Aside from that you will have to be able to find quilified teachers willing to work for a lot less than they would be making at another school or their own profession. I'm not saying it's a hopeless cause, but it will require a lifetime of work. I will commend you on your ambition

That's a great thought. but don't rely on someone else's money. try to get in touch with financers and people around the community that might be willing to help. or, better yet, work and save up enough money so that u can open up this center by the time ur 50-60 yrs old.
