Mixed drinks sometimes have a lot of sugar in them, which makes them more caloric. I don't think wine or mixed drinks have any fat in them.

If your drinking Dry wines, there is less sugar than say a Margarita but sugar doesn't equal Fat. Taken to excess they both can leave you with a Fat head in the morning!!

Wine atleast has antioxidents, Wine would be my choice if you are watching calories.
