I'm sorry to burst your rhetorical bubble, but it's not "omnipotence" that is full of contradictions, it's your question. It's a weak and circular argument, but I think you knew that. Omnipotence means that there does not exist anything that is beyond God's ability, though many things are outside His will, such as killing Himself.
Does it make you feel better about yourself to make fun of God? Does it make you feel smart? It's a good thing you know everything there is to know about science and the universe, because if you didn't, then you might have to worry about facing God on judgement day.

You need some lessons in both theology and logic. No, God cannot create a poison to kill himself, he is not material. That is no limit of omnipotence (all-powerful). There are all kinds of things God cannot do (ie. Cannot sin, make a square circle, contradict his nature, be irrational). These ‘limitations’ are limitations of his nature. In summery God is limited by himself, but not by the world. It is in the latter sense that theologians speak of God’s omnipotence. Your are failing to make proper category distinctions. I am always amazed how atheists carry with them, this arrogant condescending attitude, and then when you look at their arguments, their ‘reasoning’ is so flimsy and weak that a cat fart could knock it down.

You should learn to spell. Omnipotence, from omni (global) and potence (strength) means all-powerful. Omni (global) and potents (a contraction of potentates, or rulers) means, something referring to all little kings. They are two different words, and only one of them is ever used to refer to the divine.
Disease is a feature of biology. In order for a classical disease to kill, it must have a biological victim. If the totality of God is not fully encapsulated in a biological body that is susceptible to disease, then that kind of disease would never kill God.
I would offer a third option to logical fallacy of a false either or. God is not necessarily all-powerful OR evil. God might be unknown, therefore not reasonably evaluatable. If there is some feature of God that reconciles God being all powerful AND good that you do not know, it doesnt make him necessarily evil, it makes you necessarily uninformed. Im sure you are not asserting that you have an exhaustive, absolutely total masterful understanding of infinitely every knowable relevant thing about God. If you assert that you are, its trivial math to demonstrate that your assertion is false.

Take the "evil" overtones out and you'll still get the same paradigm with a different question...for example...
If God is all powerful, can he create a rock so big that even he himself cannot lift it?

It's a matter the difference between ABLE TO and WANTING TO that is the weakness in this question.
And in cases of omnipotence, if He wanted to, He'd also be just as able to cure himself.
best wishes

No, God could not - nor would he ever want to - kill himself. He is not a physical being; he is a spiritual being. He does not have a life like you and I - he is not HUMAN. He was never born, nor will he ever die. By the way, that's a really stupid question.
