yogurt is good for your immune system and really gets your metabolism going and a good source of calcium , 3 items make a good grab and go breakfast i whole wheat/grain toast , 1 friut, and a yogurt try Danone yougurt drinks

Make a smoothie blend at night with bananas, yogurt, egg, or etc. Reblend in the morning but add ice to it if you like.
