Tofu fits the description. I'm not sure it makes for a good snack, but it makes for a good meal. It's cheap and easy to find - any grocery store will sell it, most likely in the "organic" aisle (it's refrigerated).
Here's a website that has a number of fat-free ideas for cooking tofu: http://www.fatfree.com/recipes/tofu/

boneless chicken breast.
i buy a 3 or 4 pound bag.
i season, cook on the grill,
until it is well done.
take portions , wrap up and put in freezer.
it's ready to eat at any time.
not only is it convenient, but it is healthy too.

Soy milk drinks and Tofus are your best bet. If you find tofus hard to digest in its raw state, try to sprinkle a little sugar or splenda on top of it.
