Waxing lasts longest. For a "clean" effect, have the area waxed regularly. IT WILL NOT grow back thicker.
In between waxings, use the creams.

Tell her that there ARE creams to remove hair out there. I assume she's young, so her skin might be sensitive. Tell her to try the cream on one small place first to see if it causes irritation. They do make those dipiliatory creams for sensitive skin, so she may want to try that. Just look in the shaving cream aisle at the grocery store.

she should wax it once a month...it's cost effective and lasts longer that creams.

pls jus wax coz if u use a hair removing cream d hair wic cums again is sumwat poky n hurts wen u wer clothes. n also dont shave.

she could wax it or use nair, she could even use the veet bladless shaving kits, or just shave it depending on how bad it is.
** waxing doesn't make hair grow in thicker

waxing is ok but it might make it grow back thicker, its best to bleach it if its just a bit using jolen
