TLC (tender love and care), keep her warm, and don't leave her side for any reason.

Do NOT feed her at all. No water. NOTHING by mouth. That is the standard policy for a vomiting pet. The vet will give her some fluids this afternoon to help with dehydration. If you think about it why would anyone give a pet food or water when it's vomiting. It only puts more in their stomach to vomit. If she vomits more than twice between now and the appt. take her in right away. Don't wait for an appt. Even if the doctor is in surgery or not there the tech can place a catheter and get fluids started.

Nothing by mouth...no food, no water, no medicine of ANY kind until the appointment. Her tummy needs a chance to settle down, and anything that goes in can irritate it. The vet I worked for suggested this with every vomitting case...for at least 12-24 hours. Other than that, give her lots of love :). I hope she feels better.

Some really terrible things have happened to me recently, but I refuse to wallow in self-pity. The world is a terrible place and to live in it, we must be strong. I often feel sick because of personal problems, but I feel even sicker when I view the suffering of others. At least I have food, clothing, shelter and family. All the rest is icing on the cake.

Lots of love and spoil her!!! But that should be always, just not when she's sick! But give her extra attention - just lay down with her or sit near her - it'll make her feel better.

I know this is not the best answer but, you need to take her to the vet a.s.a.p because she could have parvo and this is a very serious virus. you can not treat the virus you can only treat its symptoms so you need to make sure she is drinking water or Gatorade because you don't want her to get dehydrated.
(i lost my 4mth old lab puppy last Friday to this)
good luck and let me know how it goes for you.

My mother used to make soup for my dog when he was sick. If he had a fever, she would give him half a tylenol tablet. Since your dog is still a puppy, try the soup and call your vet to see what dosage (if any) of tylenol you could/should feed your dog.

just love her. you could also try feeding her some cook minute rice. it's really light on their atomics and will help sock up any acid that is in their cause some of the problem. good luck at the vet's.
