Many ways... Converse with her, eye contact... there are so many. I'd sudjest letting your instincts play. You know what to do, I just think you are possibly too shy. You can only be rejected. You'll move on... and forget all about it or you could win this chick. Take the chances.

Charm her by finding out what's she into. If she likes baseball, suprise her with tickets to a game or let her watch ESPN with you. If she like music, write her a song and sing it to her, or play her favorite song at a party. This will work for almost any girl, trust me.
