The fourth one - there is only one person beside me there.
But if possible I would use a stall.

Well, if I were a guy, I would try to find an open stall. I might just wait until one of the guys is done, and if I couldn't wait, then I'd use the fourth, because you aren't between two people.

Number 4. Better able to guard my self against one person than two in case one of them is a thief. Plus, being further from the door I'd have more time to survey incoming people to make sure they are not coming in with bad intentions.

You use neither. You wait or go into the stall. You never pee at a urinal with a guy standing right next too you.

Doesn't matter, when you gotta go, you gotta go. If you have a phobia against standing next to another man taking a leak, then go in the stall.

I'd head for the stalls. Cleaner and you're not intruding on their personal space...JMHO

Is the 4th one kiddie sized? I'm 6'4", so I'd go to the taller one. Otherwise...
