do at least 30 mins. of cadio exercise a day ...make sure u sweat and get your heart rate up enough to burn calories and fat.

you can either run...walk fast...go on an eliptical machine....tred mill......

Your body has evolved or was designed to do that. Lets not get bogged in how it came about but everyone can burn fat.

For the last 10 years I've experimented with several diets and they all worked. I started with the low-fat diet. I lost about 20 lbs the first month. I kept my fat intake to less than 20 grams per day. Ate lots of carbs, bread, potatoes, beans. No red meat, no butter or margerine. I experienced the following side effects. I was hungary all the time, I lost muscle mass, I was flabby and weak, lost hair, my skin would peel from being so dry, by the middle of the afternoon I was tired to the point of almost falling asleep. I lost a total of about 30 lbs and quit the diet.

Aerobic exercise. I tried this for a while I only lost about 10 lbs in the first month, got in better shape but joints started hurting.

Finally my wife gave me a copy of the Atkins diet. I skimmed through it and it made sense. You stop eating carbs for 2 weeks and your body switches to buring fat. In the first two weeks I lost about 12 lbs. Over the next 12 months I lost 65 lbs and went from size 42 pants to size 36. I didn't lose muscle mass, I don't get tired in the afternoon, and I'm not flabby. I eat bacon and eggs, steaks, hamburgers, fried chicken all that stuff. My body burns fat. I stay away from sugars and potatos. Once a week I eat whatever I want. After 3 years I haven't gained more than a couple pounds back and I watch my intake and get rid of them right away.

You can't just go on a diet you have to change how you eat.

The only way to get FAST results is liposuction which is dangerous and radical. The REAL way is to be patient and diligent and first realize that you did not gain your fat overnight and you will not lose it that way. If you are serious about losing it and keeping it off then I suggest a gym and weightlifting. It is the number one way to accomplish this. Muscle burns fat--continuously. Every extra pound of light muscle you build will burn about 35 extra calories at day at rest. Every extra pound of heavy muscle (chest, back, legs) you build will burn about 60 extra calories a day at rest. So if you swapped out ten pounds of fat for ten pounds of heavy muscle then you be burning an extra 600 calories a day--before you even started your workout.

This does not mean that you don't have to watch your diet. You still need to take your vitamins and nutrients and drink an adequate amount of water. You don't need to go on some radical diet, just a sensible one. Check out the Glycemic Index (Google that phrase and you will find books.)

well the list is endless

start ur day wt 2 to 3 glasses o water wt half teaspoon honey n a lemon only ..... it detoxify ur body
eat more o fresh fruits n any thing heavy u like in breakfast
try takin small frequent meals
light lunch n dinner wt lot o salads
eat jst littl less than ur hungry fr
dont drink water half hr after meals
but can take a glass o water 15 min before meals ..it fills ur stomach n gives u a fuller feeling

try going fr jogging or walk in morning
try yoga 25 min daily everyday .... it works
well if u hv time handy 40 min cardio 3 days a week
if no time fr gym .... climb stairs fast .....stationary cycle.....trendmiles.....warm up is imp before workouts

avoid junk food ... starchy fatty food...
eat veggies more reduce carbs in ur diet
take 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat in ur diet
lots o salads

water is life drink as msh as possible
there is no short cuts t get rid o fat
it takes time but results r fab
in long run it doesnt harm ur body

This is what I do:

Day One
1. Cardio
-Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Exercize Cardio for at least a half hour. I personally do a half hour run, and a half hour walk.
2. Core
-Crunches. I manage about 100 or so, working on your torso is usually where the fat is anyways, plus it strengthens your back and helps form.
3. "Fun Day"
-This is my favorite day. Pick a sport and do it for at least one hour. I chose BMX Racing, so I do that for as long as I want.
4. Cross Training
-This is where you mix it up. I do Cardio for a half an hour and Yoga for the other half.
5. Machiene Workout
-Use a stationary bicycle, a Stairmaster, whatever it is you want, but do it for a half an our, to an hour.


Drink alot of water while doing this. It'll boost your energy and help ya drop the weight. Good luck.

morning one full jug of hot drinkable water, a fast walk of 4 km, divide ur diet into 4 parts thro'out the day,5 minutes twisting exercise atleast 5 times a day should get u a loss of wt and good figure.

this really works!
-drink 100 fl.oz. or more water a day
-eat more veggies than anything else, but do eat fruit (morning is best)
-become vegan (no meat, milk, eggs, geletin, etc.)
-try to eat organic raw foods
-eat bout 6 small meals a day, every 2-3 hours
-don't eat breads, try rice(white and brown r fine) and sweet potatos
-eat a larg varity of foods, not all the same ones everyday
-drink teas everyday... like green tea, matcha, white tea, jasmine, wu long, etc.
-try not to eat after 6-7 pm

u should take glass of lemon juice and 1 t.b spoon of honey in it .

u can see the results of it

but u have to take it daily.then only it affects.

do a 30 min cardio (threadmill, ellipticals and cycling (stationery bike)....any of the things mentioned....here in brackets.
Most effective is the ellipticals...
