Though I like all dogs, my favorite is Mutts.
It allows you to have a unique dog, one that very few people if any have. I cant even remember how many times people have asked me what kind of dog my dog is because they wanted one just like her or asked if she was for sale. Mutts are typical healthier and smarter due to the fact that their lines are widely spread.
Thats not to say i dont like Purebreed too i do, i'd love to one day have an Irish Wolfhound or Border Terrier

My favorite types of dogs,which is hard since i have had many and i loved them all, is rat terrier, shiba inu, maltese from the small breed group. From the medium to large size: golend retreiver, labs, akbash( rare dog and unique!), newfoundland, saint benard, Great pyrness, Mountain Bernese, oh goodness i could go on and on! I shall have to stop here lol. I am animal lover! What are yours?

What is wrong with all of you? While you all mentioned great dogs, nobody mentiond the oldest Breed... The BASENJI! Although it is not for everybody, it is a great dog. It does not bark, but it does make a lot of noise. This breed requires a lot of your attention and plenty of room to excersise...

okie dogs..., its this real nasty place in los angeles i used to go to after shows and their main menu item was a hotdog in a burrito.
