The south beach diet is high protein and low fat. they recommend lean chicken, fish, seafood, egg whites, soy, non fat yogurt, wholewheat, beans. Some nuts. and veggies basically. Also you can drink protein shakes and bars for meal replacement.

Canned tuna has something like 22g of protein but very little fat.

But why do you want to avoid fat? Naturally occuring fat, like animal fat and butter are very good for you.

Stay away from soy! It's not digestible unless it's fermented.

I don't know about the fat content, but chicken breast is what body builders eat, so that should tell you something. It has about 43% protein by weight.
