In addition to all the above mentioned foods from the other guys - tofu, soy, you could also try plain yogurt, it's very good for you, and try the low-fat or fat free kinds. Same thing with cottage cheese. Mnay people don't like it,I personally love it, and as wierd as it may sound the fat free kind tastes the best to me...The regular, or even the low fat have this overwhelming heaviness but that's just me...Eggs are very high in protein, but you have to watch your cholesterol or just eat the whites. Milk or soymilk, preferably in the low-fat/fat-free versions...I like 8th continent vanilla soymilk it's pretty good. Also, lean grilled meats but here I can't give you much advice since I am vegetarian. Nuts are high in protein, they are very healthy but you have to eat them in moderation because they have quite a bit of calories too. Also, try to eat them raw, avoid the salty ones, fried ones and especially the "honey roasted" kind. Soy nuts are a great source of protein, almonds are as well. Somebody mentioned the spirulina - I absolutely agree, it's pure protein, I was taking this supplement for a while, good results. Good luck!!!

The weight loss plan I followed has a meal replacement shake that is high in protein and very low in fat. The plan is called Shapeworks, it is great. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using it. Here is where I found it: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

Quinoa is a grain that was "revived" from the ancient Incas. It cooks just like rice, has a nice nutty taste and interesting texture. It alone, unlike almost all other grains, contains all 20 essential amino acids. If you don't add butter or other oils to flavor it when cooking, no fat at all.
Recipe: One cup dried quinoa, two cups water, bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.
Depending on where you are, you might have to go to high end or whole foods type store to find it. It is easily digestible also, and good for people who are gluten-sensitive.
