It's not a matter of it being hard; it's acceptance. Many young women or men don't want the responsibility of another. So, they basically look at you as a trap. Honestly, you don't need a girl, you need a woman who will stand up and be what the child's mother couldn't be. Now, No Pun Intended... You didn't give details as to where the child's mother is at.

Im 22 and have a child. I find it very difficult to find someone to be with. I want that person to like kids and my child to like them as well. My ex is with a woman who my daughter is scared of. My daughter is only 21/2.

I applaud you for taking care of you child. But you are in the same problem that most women have. Men do not want already made families. Most girls your age do not want the responsibility of a child. They just want to have fun, they do not realize what they are missing. Hope you find some one.

Maybe a woman may not want a child when she is 22. wait until your 25 or older.

when most women see you, they probably think that you've got to much on your hands to handle a realationship. Or, some might think that it's not to sexy for a guy to have a daughter. I'm sorry if this hurt you, but this is probably what the case is. Don't give up though, since everyone will probably meet there match soon. :)

I'm a single guy 25 with a child and i don't have any problems. take your child to the food store. i have met a couple of women there.

just like guys don't want girls with a kid, girls don't want a guy with a kid. i wouldn't because i think of the baby mama drama he may have and it turns me off. but you will find that special someone. i (22) recently had to break it off with my ex (24) and we have a child. it is gonna be rough but if someone doesn't want me because i have a child, screw them!

the girls would want to know how the child came into being, and whether you've really changed. but i have nothing against kids althought i'm 22, too.
