In my opinion the best would be curly and long, so the chubbiness of the face is dissimulated because one pay more attention to an attractive hairstyle. A short hair wouldn't be advisable because the chubby face will be more noticeable.

Shoulder length with layers, away from the face. Hair that has movement & body will draw attention away from your face.

not a ghoti as it make the cheeks look wider no wait your a woman so look in a hair stylist book at the library there manuels for hair grooming and styling in the B&T sections

Nicely I'm a boy but I believe on us boys, short hair is always better. Long hair doesn't ALWAYS show a sign of dominance. You see most other guys with very long hair that doesn't look like these people can fight. For example there is a boy in my school with very long blonde hair.
