Marxist. He/She can lead America to a new golden age in its economy and provide healthcare for all Americans!

Capitalism has failed. Just ask the poor, or better yet, take a look at how 90% of the country's wealth is owned by less than 10% of the population. Capitalism is a scam and needs to be stopped!

Hard to say since the categories can mix. But I'd probably put it in this order:

1. Atheist, just becasue they tend to think about what they believe in, since they firmly take a stance.

2. Homosexual. Orientation shouldn't affect decision making at all.

3. Marxist. Don't really agree with it, but could work if properly executed

4. Psychotic. If it's a benign form of psychosis, such as OCD maybe, they may still be a good leader.

5. Religious Fanatic. I'd be eyeing Canada before submitting myself to them.

Generally i vote for whoever has the best plan to accomplish some goal that I agree with.

Being as how I don't know any of that info I'd probably choose the homosexual. He/she probably won't outlaw religion or make it so you can only practice one religion like an Atheist or Extremist. I think not choosing a Marxist or a psychotic speaks for itself.

I'd go with the Psychotic. They will be more concerned about domestic issue such as homeland security. Also they will be more creative and always make for a fun and entertaining ambassador all long as they take their meds lol.
