I have been a devout follower of Ernie for some years now, and truly believe he could've taken the measure of Bert any day. However, I have heard that Bert has been taking Tai Chi for his manic depression, and is progressing rather well. Ernie's elicit affair, not training, with Miss Piggy has sapped a good portion of his strength. Lesson for all, leave the pork alone! Not to mention that the rubber-ducky feels betrayed and has vowed to never speak to Ernie ever again. This leaves him very vulnerable to a drug induced butt whopping from the green gladiator Kermit D-FROG.
Too many problems for Ernie, and Bert is on the fast road to recovery. Sorry sport fans, but Bert is going to massacre our boy.
Hey maybe they will add a storyboard for this in SS3. I am going to the GameStop and reserve a copy this Saturday.

"Ding ding" clangs the bell, and the fight is on. Ernie throws a right jab, no left! I should have paid attention in preeschool! Anyway, bert retaliates with an uppercut, which is followed by a roundhouse kick to Ernie's face! Ow, that's gotta hurt. Ernie, shocked, stands back up and delivers a bone-shattering blow to Bert's, er, never mind. Ernie then proceeds, with Bert at his knees, with a blow to the neck. Bert is down for the count, 3, 2, 1, kno- wait, what is this? Bert sweep kicks Ernie, who jumps at just the right time to avoid falling then proceeding to being kicked in the jugular. Ernie falls on Bert's legs, and he lets out a shriek of pain. Ernie is on top of bert now, who is almost pinned, but jabs Ernie in the gut. Before Bert can get up, Ernie is back on top of him constantly delivering left after right jab to his face. KNOCKOUT!! Ernie wins!!
I don't know, it's hard to guess since they can't fight for real....

Ernie would win because, he is use to irritating Bert. Also he is built like a boxer and Bert is built like a runner.... hey, I thought those two were gay. F*ags don't fight do they? I know hot dog blowers ***** slap each other, scream, and call each other b!tches, with a lisp, and then they cover their mouth slightly with their mouth wide open in shock. Sorry if I offended any flammers, I just call it like I see it.

If they are Christians, Bert and Ernie would refuse to fight one another.
Christianity is unique in that it has no provision for its adherents to engage in warfare. Those ostensible "Christians" who do so ignore the Scriptures and the teachings and example of Jesus Christ himself.
(Matthew 26:52) Jesus said to him: “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword
(Isaiah 2:4) They will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-4) We do not wage warfare according to what we are in the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly
(Luke 6:27-29) I [Jesus] say to you who are listening, Continue to love your enemies, to do good to those hating you, to bless those cursing you, to pray for those who are insulting you. To him that strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also
