This is a very confusing question. Maybe because you are confused about it. Let me tell you how I read it.
You have a boyfriend you have never met. You have no idea what he looks like but he tells you he is handsome. You can't go out of the house without an adult which says one of two things.
You are under house arrest. Or you have not been a good girl and your parents have grounded you.
You somehow have lost this boyfriend you have never seen and you need to tell him your sorry.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...........not much help out here for this I think. How old are you? 11....12...13.
You have a lot more growing up to do regardless of your age. This boy will be replaced a number of times through the next several years so don't get hung up on it.

I have been through the same situation. I broke up with me ex about four to five years ago, but when I think of him my feelings start to come back for him. I was at the mall the other day with my husband and two kids when all of a sudden I see him at the mall. I was blushing and imbarassed for some weird reason. My husband was very upset with me. I had moved on, but I felt weird in that situation. When I broke up with him we broke up on good terms, and when I saw him my heart dropped to the floor. He was stuck also. If you have the chance to make things right and are not in a relationship with no kids go for it. Have him meet you at your school.

I guess you've only chatted with him on the phone or online? It's so hard to develop a good, solid, reliable relationship with anyone this way, let alone with a boyfriend. My advice would be to concentrate on making friends with the people you see face-to-face everyday. You can develop meaningful relationships that way, and who knows ... one of your face-to-face friends might just become a boyfriend for you!
