how much does it cost to be able to shop at DIRECT BUY?

They have several plans. A lifetime membership is a couple of thousand dollars. I think they try to get financial information from you and they charge what they think they can get. I think you can sign up for as little time as 6 months for a few hundred. I've had
friends that have not had good experience with their purchases.
(They kept bringing out the same dented refrigerator). I think you would be far ahead by going to a retailer and asking for a discount.
I've had good luck doing this, and the worst thing that has happened is they said they couldn't do it at the moment.
This type of business comes around about every 25 years.
They don't seem to have a lot of longevity, after people start suing them.

It's different per country. We did it here in Canada and it was not worth it. Only get it if you think you will be doing any renovating or big work at your house. We actually bought our bedroom furniture set for cheaper somewhere else after signing up and looking at DirectBuy

I had a friend look into this once. I can't remember the dollar amount, but it was several hundred dollars.

my sister went there when it first opened .. it cost her 3000.00
and she had to give peoples names to join..
it might be a differnt cost in differn't countries.. not sure on that one ..
