18 or 21 (depending on the state) but that's just to get on the waiting list, and you have to be 100% emotionally and financially stable so most agencies won't do it unless it's a special circumstance - like someone who's parents died and they want to adopt their baby sister.

not sure. but adoption is a long process. they check into everythng about you. i would think they would want someone old enough to support themselves, be financially stable and have a good home.

I think as long as you have a good, stable job with benefits it should not matter on your age. If you have your own place and possibly married that'll be a help or if you've been with your spouse for a long time.
