I always wondered during the "today we march tomorrow we vote" crap that went on why we just did not block the streets and arrest them, figure out who is illegal and deport them... again for the 90th time.....

also came up with a plan....

STEP 1) get caught here illegal, fine, we will send you back....

Step 2) get caught here illegal AGAIN and you can not legally become a US citizen for 10 years......... no big deal you say... ok...

STEP 3) get caught a third time..... 10 years in Prison with no parole...... Upon release sent back.......

Step 4) Get caught a 4th time.... Life in prison...

The US should not have to bow down to these people and their threats. We can hire ANYBODY and I mean ANYBODY to build decks and to clean tables. People keep forgetting that the key word here is ILLEGAL ALIEN... ILLEGAL!!!!!!!

That means you do not have rights, period...... Want rights.... go back to your homeland.

The rest of us waited in line, you can too!!

I think there's plenty of legitimate US citizens who can build decks, pick strawberries, hell even clean toilets. The issue is getting US companies to pay american prices for american workers, and I'm not even talking union scale here, just plain living wages where maybe you could put 200 a month in the bank if u wanted. I'd put an amendment to item 1, FINISH THE US/MEXICO BORDER FENCE. And, start voting people out of Congress on basis of conlfict of interest. November's coming...

Wont work. Good idea though. The problem is american workers and taxpayers end up paying for those 10 years in prison. Some illegals are desperate enough in their homeland that prison would look like a pretty good idea. Al least they would eat 3 times a day. After the first deportation, they would keep coming back regardless of the consequenses becuase of the dire situations they are in. I liked the part about rounding up all the illegals and deporting the ones with no documentation, but the problem there is about 99% of these have already started families and any childeren born on US soil are considered Americans. Kids need parents so we'd have to let them stay. They know how to work the system, trust me. I say we just close the border. Build a hugeass wall all along the border and arm it. They did it in China we can do it here. Anyone trying to scale the wall will be shot on sight. Have big speakers on top broadcasting this in english and spanish 24/7. That way they cant say they werent warned. Seems harsh but dam, this has gone on long enough and our country and way of life are being threatend by terrorist, we cant afford to take any chances. We are sorry people, but America is full, try France.

No way- Send them all back and let them approach it in a legal manner. No wholesale green cards, If they are professional and can contribute to better our way of life, OK. Only problem with your plan is we would have to pay for them in prison. Bullets cost less. Illegal is illegal. Make punishment so severe and enforce to the letter will be the only way to stop illegal aliens from any country. The world is over populated now and soon we will run out of resources. I'm not talking Hitler here but something has got to happen if we want to maintain our way of life and yes I'm selfish with my life style and will fight to keep it.

Your plan could use two additional steps:

- You HIRE an illegal alien, YOU face fines and imprisonment

- If people are going to go to prison, make the prison be in their home country (work it out with the countries in question....yeah, right.) Our American prisons are overcrowded with enemy combatants in the War on Drugs right now: there's no room for 11 million illegal immigrants.

Your thinking is in the right direction but too costly to taxpayers. I suggest on a first offense we put them in a cargo plane, fly over Mexico City and push them out from 15,000 feet. This would not only stop them from trying to make it back, it would serve as warning to others that we mean business of ridding our country of illegals. Their President has been of no help in stopping the flow of illegals so I also suggest we try to drop them on his house.

How about we cut off their hand and send them back to show what happens when you enter the US illegally.

there is one flaw in your plan: who is going to pay for the 10 year prison terms? Obviously they are in american jails, which are paid for by american tax dollars.
