I may be wrong but I think you may mean"eleven thousand eleven hundred dollars" which would be $11,1100.00. AND is used as the decimal point as in 1 dollar AND 25 cents.

$11,000 - eleven thousand dollars or $11,00.00
$1,100 - eleven hundred dollars or $1,100.00
And if you mean how to put them together it would be:
$12,100 or $12,100.00 which would be twelve thousand, one hundred dollars.
I hope this helps.
