I'm stuck between Peroxide and Crest white strips

There are several products on the market. The cheapest and easiest one are Crest white strips. They do make your teeth white, provided that your teeth are not badly stained to start with. The next would be the trays made by your dentist and you put a whitening gel in them every night and you sleep with them. They work very well. The best and the most expensive one right now is called "Zoom" whitening. It is done your dentist and they make your teeth brighter by about 10 shades but they do make your teeth sensitive though. The best product is determined by your needs and differs from patient to patient. Hope that helps.

Crest White strips work well. My sister uses them all the time and has really white teeth now. But you have to use them as directed. I skipped around doing it here and there and only noticed a little improvement.

Baking soda! Brush 2 times a week with it and it'll do wonders.
