Just wait. My brother was 5.10 at 16 and by the time he was 18 he was 6.1. He is 22 now and is 6.5. Your day will come. (P.S. - My mom is only 5.4 and my Dad is 5.10, so genes don't always have anything to do with it.)

Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200

Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X

Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 to 60 Days).

One of my brothers had a growth spurt in his 20s. But, there is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. Height is determined by genetics. So, take a look at your parents and your grandparents and know that you will be about their height.

Well, you're still so young. Some people continue to grow until they are 21 so there is hope yet. 5'10 is a good height though so even if you stopped growing, which I doubt, rest assure that you're taller than the average male.

Even if you stay at 5'10, I would be happy with that. It's not like you're only 5'4" or something. Be happy with whatever life gives you. Look at Tom Cruise (although he's not the greatest on personality, he's still incredibly sexy at 5'4") Look at Michael J. Fox, he's only 5'4". They are some of the sexiest men on the planet. Don't worry about your height so much.

Usually boys don't completely finish growing until their early twenties, but it does depend on genetics. There really isn't any way to change what your height will be (short of taking growth hormones). If you want to know roughly how tall you will be when you are done growing, check how tall you were on your second birthday, and double it.

There's no way to Make yourself grow taller. You're only 16 so don't worry you're more than likely not done growing. Give it time.

Milk does a body good! I think it's all in your genetic make-up. As long as you were given the good nutrition the body needs while you were growing up, you will reach your max potential.

Drink Protein shakes, and keep your diet healthy. Eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables per day, along with exercise. You should be good to go, it is only 2" away, so you may make it to 5'11" or so!

drink lots of milk and sleep in a dark room, with no lights at all. do lots of basketball, especially do lots of dunks (if you can), rebound a lot, that helps you stretch out your body. take some calcium pills if you don't like milk. eat right.
